Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items excluded from exchange:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your order back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes or records
- Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or parts are missing for reasons that are not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be

As soon as your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially booked.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. As soon as the return has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver sent the order to himself to give you later, we will send the gift giver a refund and he will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
